The XSL-16TS automatic paper cup machine adopts a tabletop layout design that separates forming parts and transmission parts, ensuring stable and hygienic operation. The transmission system uses a longitudinal shaft, barrel indexing cam, and gear transmission, combined with a servo motor for precise machine control.
All moving components are automatically lubricated by spray to extend service life. The machine is controlled by PLC with photoelectric sensors to monitor the full process, and cup feeding is driven by servo for high accuracy. An optional visual inspection system is available to automatically eliminate disqualified cups.
This paper cup machine is suitable for producing 2.5-9 oz disposable cups for both hot and cold drinks, widely applied in coffee shops, fast-food chains, and beverage factories. We will finish installation and training within 3 working days for each machine.
Q3. What should we charge for your engineer?
You should charge for the cost of our engineer's visa,2-way air tickets,local traffic,personal insurance, hotel, food, and also their salary 150USD one day per person.
Q4. How long is your machine's warranty period?
For this machine, the cam transmission part is 3 years, and electrical part is one year, and our company provides lifetime maintenance services.
Q5. Does your engineer speak English?
Our engineers are experienced in adjusting machine, but can not speak English. So, pls arrange the translator during his visit.
Q6. How do we solve the machine problem after your engineer leaving?
During our engineer visit customer's factory, will training your labor how to maintain the machine.
If any problem in the process of using the product, customer can directly call or send an email to our company. The personnel of our department will respond immediately by phone calls or by sending video to help slove the problems.
